Offer Roof trusses

We have been a certified manufacturer of roof trusses for over 14 years.

Over the years, we have changed the technology of production several times, and for a long time, the prefabricated elements that are used in our production may serve as a proof of continuous technological progress in the construction industry. We have adopted the principle that prefabrication makes the construction works on site much faster, so we install ready-made timber elements only, which significantly speeds up the construction works, regardless of weather conditions. Such a solution is definitely faster, more precise, ecological and more economical.

Currently, the production of trusses in our facility is based on the MiTek spiked connector plates technology. We operate comprehensively, starting from project preparation, through production of roof elements and transport, ending up with installation of the ready-made structures on site.

WE WILL UNDERTAKE EVEN THE MOST COMPLEX CONSTRUCTIONS

Trusses or conventional rafter framing?

Everyone who has built a house knows that the roof is the critical part of the building structure. Trusses are a new technology and there are more and more supporters of the solution in Poland every year, which is why increasing number of investors are opting for this solution.

Folding, cutting and assembling the elements of the roof truss directly on the construction site take a lot of time and effort. The installation of a traditional rafter framing takes an average of 7 to 10 days, but works may be delayed as it can be hard to hire a “professional” carpenter with appropriate experience on time.

By choosing a roof structure made of trusses, construction costs can be reduced. First of all, the time needed to install the trusses, depending on the roof surface, is just 1 to 3 days. Secondly, to make a roof structure made of trusses 30% less timber is needed than in the case of the rafter framing. In our facilities, for the production of the prefabricated roof structure elements, we only use Scandinavian spruce wood of the highest C24 quality. In addition, dry construction timber has a moisture content of 18% and is planed on all sides.
